While Microsoft continues to boast billions of dollars in annual revenue, XBOX workers behind the entertainment industry&#8217;s most profitable and iconic franchises are treated as disposable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CWA members have countered these layoffs with common-sense protections at the bargaining table, but management sits on those proposals without real responses or change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An injury to one worker is an injury to us all.
